Your choice of our black bean or zesty tortilla soup and a garden-fresh house salad.

CHALUPA
A crisp, flat corn tortilla shell layered with refried beans, and your choice of seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken. Topped with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.

QUESADILLA  AND SALAD
A flour tortilla filled with mozzarella cheese and pico de gallo. Grilled
with a hint of garlic until crisp and golden brown. Garnished with fresh guacamole and
sour cream. Served with our garden fresh house salad. Choice of grilled marinated steak or chicken breast.

FAJITA SALAD
A grande tortilla shell filled with grilled marinated steak or chicken breast on top of a bed of crisp
lettuce. Garnished with pico de gallo, cheese and fresh tortilla strips, and topped with sour cream and guacamole.
 
BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD
Breaded chicken tenders laced with Durkee hot sauce over fresh lettuce with diced
tomatoes and shredded Jack cheese.

TACO SALAD 
Your choice of seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken on a crisp bed of lettuce, in a crisp tortilla
bowl covered with cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives and sour cream.

MEXI-CLUB
A toasted whole wheat tortilla filled with marinated grilled chicken breast, cheese, shredded lettuce,
pico de gallo, crispy bacon and Chipotle ranch dressing. Served with French fries.

EL GRANDE BURRITO
One of our most popular burritos. Made with seasoned ground beef wrapped in a soft flour tortilla with shredded lettuce, melted cheese, onions and tomatoes. Covered with our flavorful green sauce and more melted cheese. Served with sour cream.

BURRITO SUPREME
A classic burrito made with seasoned ground beef, refried beans and Mexican-style rice all rolled up in a large soft flour tortilla. Then smothered in our zesty red chili sauce and melted cheese. Served with sour cream.

CHIMICHANGA
We start out with a tradicional burrito then deep fry until golden brown, then cover with our flavorful green sauce and melted cheese. Served with refried beans, Mexican-style rice and sour cream. Your choice of seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken or tender shredded beef.

TACOS AL CARBON (Grilled Soft Taco)
Two freshly made soft tacos featuring your choice of grilled chicken breast, lean steak or
succulent carnitas with lettuce ,cheese and pico de gallo. Accompanied with Mexican-style
rice and Sonora beans.

FAJITAS SKILLETS
A lunch size portion of our classic fajitas are served sizzling on a cast-iron skillet with
sautéed garden vegetables,and accompanied with refried beans, pico de gallo, cheese,
fresh guacamole, sour cream and warm tortillas.

GRILLED STEAK FAJITAS

FIESTA BURGER
1/2 pound of lean ground beef on a toasted Kaiser bun with Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes,
pickle spear, Chipotle ranch dressing and French fries.

TEX-MEX CHICKEN SANDWICH
Tender chicken breast grilled to perfection then dipped in to Durkee hot sauce and covered with
grilled onions, bell peppers and melted mozzarella cheese on a toasted Kaiser bun.
Served with Chipotle ranch dressing and French fries.
